Seven herbs have in-vitro activity against B. burgdorferi. The compounds included in this treatment are all organic and grown on my farm: Japanese knotweed, sweet wormwood, thyme, and oil of oregano. With the exception of oil of oregano these compounds also have anti-inflammatory activity. Take 3 capsules morning, noon and evening for 2 months. with a light meal. Why bitter wormwood and garlic? the B. burgdorferi bactiria is super smart, it can hide in human tissue for years, surrounding its self with a biofilm that antibodies can not penetrate. Bitter wormwood and garlic forces the bacteria out of its hiding place and the garlic kills the biofilm allowing the antibodies to go to work.
Borrelia occurs in the body in different forms. Four are currently known: The characteristic spiral form, with a wall, which moves through the tissues, sometimes the blood. This form can multiply and cause symptoms.
Miklossy et al, 2008
The cystic form, without a cell wall, where the bacteria is coiled around itself, sometimes with several bacteria. It can remain dormant for months or even years. This form allows it to withstand adverse conditions (particularly in the presence of antibiotics in the environment).
The intracellular form, when it has penetrated into the host's own cells.
The form in biofilms. Recently discovered, these biofilms are clumps of bacteria covered with fibrin.
