What is your goal? Male or female? How old are you? What are your blood markers? Have you have a full blood test?How much natural sleep are you getting at night? What are your cravings and or addictions? There are many different types of fasting, and each person will have their own reasons to consider a fast, be it for health reasons, or a spiritual quests, personal goals and building confidence, or simply proving something to oneself. For this reason it is best to contact me with an explanation for your interest in fasting. I may ask you to talk to your doctor and arrive here with full blood test results, I may ask you to cut out certain foods and beverages for one month before your fast, a detox cleanse might be needed before your fast. I will take you through all this and more explaining step by step the process designed to your needs and goals.

My home is surrounded by nature, in the middle of nowhere it is the perfect place to have your fasting experience.

The maximum water fast, that is fast where you drink only water but do not eat food, is 5 days and 5 nights for men and 3 days and 3 nights for women in reproductive years and 1 day and 2 nights for women premenopausal and post menopause (because when you fast for longer you estrogen count dose down.). If you are a beginner I recommend your first fast should be a 36 hour water fast after doing 1 month detox cleanse of your cravings and addictions.

The difference in fasts:

A spiritual quest fast is not for the beginner, it is not light hearted, it's starts with a one month detox which can be done at your home,this involves no caffeine, no tobacco, no sugar, food only made by your own hands and you add your intentions to each dish. That means no bread, no pasta or anything that has more then one ingredient that you did not make yourself. Drinking water without chemicals, and teas without caffeine. Each meal and each drink charged with your intention - unconditional love, acceptance. Once you arrive at my home we drink one glass of water with a little sea salt and I will cleanse you spiritually, we start with a meditation then hot cold therapy. Last meal is Bone broth and water. Then your fast begins for 3 nights and 3 days. No food no water. I will take you in and out for a trance meditation over that period.

Water fasting is proved through research that it can reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer and heart disease. After one study in which 30 healthy adults fasted for 24 hours, they significantly reduced two risk factors for heart disease which are blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels.

Intermittent fasting is a pattern of eating based on time limits. For a set time of hours or days, you eat a typical diet. At the end of the set time, you switch to very few or no calories, called fasting. When practiced for health benefits, intermittent fasting can be done in different ways.

Fasting for either 12 hours or 16 hours everyday can promote fat burning. During a fast, the body depletes its stored glycogen and begins to rely on stored fat for energy. While both 12-hour and 16-hour fasting can promote fat burning, it's possible that a 16-hour fast may be more effective.

Benefits include a longer life, a leaner body and a sharper mind. “Many things happen during intermittent fasting that can protect organs against chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, heart disease, age-related neurodegenerative disorders, even inflammatory bowel disease and many cancers.

A 36-hour fast means that you fast one entire day. You finish dinner on day 1 at 7 pm for instance, and you would skip all meals on day 2, and not eat again until breakfast at 7 am on day 3. So that is a total of 36 hours of fasting. Well for one, you will give your digestive system a well-earned rest.

A 60-hour fast can have various potential benefits such as weight loss, improved mental clarity, autophagy, and reduced inflammation. However, it's essential to approach an extended fast with caution and ensure that you're taking care of your body's needs during and after the fast.

Autophagy allows your body to break down and reuse old cell parts so your cells can operate more efficiently. It's a natural cleaning out process that begins when your cells are stressed or deprived of nutrients. Researchers are studying autophagy's role in potentially preventing and fighting disease.

72h Fasting guidance: This extended fast offers several scientifically observed benefits, including increased autophagy (cellular cleanup), improved insulin sensitivity, reduced inflammation, weight loss, and potentially enhanced immune function.

Always Start Breaking Your Fast With a Liquid Meal Such as Broth or Smoothies: Starting with a liquid meal helps to increase your hydration.

Exercising during a fasting state increases lipolysis in adipose tissue while also stimulating peripheral fat oxidation, resulting in increased fat utilization and weight loss. During the fast we will do red light therapy, Qi-cong in the morning, TRE therapy, meditation, hiking in nature with the horses, massage therapy, and hot cold therapy in the Sauna. 

You can reserve as many nights as you wish but the maximum Fasting period will be 5 days and 5 nights. If you are a beginner I recommend starting with a 36 hour fast.
